As there is no holding facilities in the warehouse any delay in payment will lead to the cancellation of the order. A re-stocking fee may apply. All credit card holders must take the responsibility in supplying the correct information or any changes to their details (at the time of order). Please note: The pricing level that you have been registered under is subject to evaluation periodically. If your sales do not meet our minimum purchase requirements of $150 (not including GST or freight per order – you will no longer be entitled to our wholesale prices. If your orders are constantly falling below the minimum requirement the price of items purchased will increase by 30% . All order that fall under the minimum purchase requirement will incur a $10 extra handling fee. This fee will be added to the commercial invoice and is to be paid alongside order prior to dispatch. Prices Our prices are subject to change without notice due to international currency fluctuations, etc. Our prices on this website are quoted inclusive of Goods & Services Tax. Sports Master Athletics International Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for the accuracy of price information or specifications displayed on the website. Sports Master Athletics International takes every possible precaution to deliver accurate information, but can not be held responsible for these discrepancies. The valid price is presented on the commercial invoice only Freight is always an additional charge to be paid by the customer. Freight is also subject to GST. This will be displayed on the commercial invoice. Large Volume Orders All large volume orders will be charged in two parts. 80% will be charged prior to packing the goods. The remaining 20% + freight will be charged prior to dispatch of the order. Minimum Orders All purchases must exceed $150AUD (stock value only) in order to be processed. If your order falls short of this minimum a $10+ GST surcharge will automatically be applied to your invoice. Selling SMAI products online / Drops Shipment The minimum purchase of $150 AUD (Stock value only) is required. SMAI details as the wholesaler is not to be given to your online customers. SMAI will not drop ship orders that will not meet our minimum purchase requirement. The on seller will be responsible for checking the products before shipping to make sure everything is in order. If there is any problem please lodge a claim with SMAI. Goods shipped to your customer without checking will be void of warranty.All on-line customer problems must be handled by the on seller. If the on seller does not use a freight company for sending large shipments, SMAI will send the goods on their behalf. The responsibility of checking up on the order and the ETA of the goods in transit lies with the on-seller – not SMAI. The con note number is recorded on your invoice. Phone Orders SMAI online shopping cart has been developed to assist all SMAI customers in ordering their products. The online shopping cart assures minimum error when processing orders. When orders are placed over the phone SMAI take no responsibility in any typing errors. If you are having issues using our online ordering system please contact SMAI for assistance. Payment Required Prior to Dispatch All orders are processed daily (weekdays only). Unless there is a delay in the warehouse all orders are dispatched within 24hours. (Does not include backorders). Payment can not be made on a quote – please call SMAI office to request a commercial invoice. If freight has not been calculated in the quote the amount will be added on to the commercial invoice. This freight can only be calculated in confirmed stock. If payment is made on a quote and stock has become unavailable – the excess money will be sit as a credit on your file. This credit will be applied to your next order. Backorders/Out of Stock At SMAI we constantly receive containers every 6-8 weeks (depending on the range and the time of year). SMAI carries over 2000 products - at any stage in the year we may have around 2% of stock not available upon ordering. Should there be an alternative product that can be supplied- SMAI will endeavor to contact the customer with any updated information. This does not include any clearance items or items already listed as out of stock on the internet. SMAI will not make contact if a clearance product is not available. If we can not contact you on the phone we will attempt to leave a message. SMAI will not hold the order – we will send the order as is. If a particular item is out of stock - this item will be placed on a backorder list. This is free of cost. No payments are made towards backorders. Once the container arrives an SMAI staff member will contact you by phone or email notifying you of the items back in stock. If backorder is approved the price of the product + freight and GST will be invoiced. Specials SMAI product specials and promotional sales are only applicable to orders that fall over the minimum purchase requirement of $150 (ex GST). These sales do not apply to clearance items, bulk buy, commercial equipment and Australian made gear. SHIPPING Freight Our nominated freight carrier is Star Track Express or Toll Express. Freight subject to cubic conversion: The price for freight will be calculated on the dead weight or by cubic meter – whichever is the greater. Taking this calculation process into consideration most orders can not be precisely calculated until the full order is packed and ready for dispatch. Items that are less complicated to calculate are large individual items for example gymnastic mats, punch masters, and/or dead weight goods for example. Dumbbells, kettle bells etc. All freight quotes are an approximate. Same Day Shipping The team at SMAI strives to make your ordering and shipping experience fast and effective. Internet orders placed before 12noon will be shipped out from the SMAI warehouse the same day* (conditions apply). *Same day shipping is based on your order having no processing issues with stock availability, production, shipping or payment. Same day shipping is Weekdays only on internet orders placed before 12noon. Excludes public holidays, and warehouse shut down over Christmas. Price Change At SMAI we try our best to assist our customers in offering the most affordable freight service. Because this is a service that we outsource we have no control over rate changes – however we endeavor to do our very best to continue to offer competitive rates. Leave as Instructed (LAI) If you have opted for (LAI) for your delivery - Sports Master Athletics International and Star Track does not accept any responsibility for any theft, damage or loss on any item. Do you need a Freight quote? If you have an order or a wish list in mind and require an immediate freight quote - please call SMAI*. For extra convenience – Outside of office hours you are more than welcome to submit an order online for a freight quote. To do this, please make sure you clearly note in the message box > QUOTE REQUIRED. Failure to note QUOTE REQUIRED will result in the order being processed, charged and dispatched. Pallet deliveries If your wish list includes any large gym equipment, boxing rings, MMA cages or large quantity of weights we can arrange pallet deliveries via Toll Express. If you do not have any offloading facilities such as a loading dock, forklift or pallet lift did you know that we can arrange your pallet to be delivered via a tailgate service Remote Areas If you live in a remote are or are not sure of local depot please inform SMAI staff. In most remote location areas there is a central drop off point that needs to be noted on the consignment. If this information is not supplied an extra surcharge will apply. Second Delivery Charges If goods are not signed for and instructions are to leave somewhere on premises, any theft or damage will not be covered by insurance. In order to sign for the goods customer must 100% guarantee that someone will be available between 9AM and 5PM Monday to Friday to sign for goods. If Star Track attempt to deliver knowing these opening hours and no one is there to sign for goods, a card will be left and SECOND DELIVERY CHARGES will automatically be charged to your Credit Card. It is Customer’s responsibility to notify SMAI office of any changes to their special delivery instructions or their change of address. Failure to do so will result in customer being liable for all the redirection or second delivery charges that will occur. Signing and Receiving goods. Unless specified as ‘leave as instructed’ (LAI) - all customers must sign for goods and even more so be aware of the cartons/s conditions and quantity you are signing for. In most cases all items are delivered as one delivery – however if the courier company does deliver a part shipment - please acknowledge this ‘part shipment when signing for goods. If you have received a part shipment please call SMAI Head Office. * If you sign for the goods without checking the quantities SMAI would not be able to file a missing box claim on your behalf. The freight company takes your signature as proof of full delivery. Goods damaged in Transit The freight company requires the driver’s signature on the consignment confirming the damage. If upon delivery you do not acquire the driver’s signature of damage through transit your insurance claim will be void. Our insurance company requires any items damaged in transit must be reported to SMAI within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Failure to do so – No claim can be processed. Tailgate Service Tailgate is a service for customers who have ordered large machines, units, excessively heavy items. This service is for customers that have no offloading facilities e.g., forklift or loading dock. By requesting a tailgate service the customer must supply full shipping details and contact information. At SMAI we have a duty of care to all our customers. When ordering heavy objects and machines we will always professionally pack and secure the items accordingly. We always indicate the amount of individual items on each pallet and request the receiver/customer to account for this label on the outside of the pallet. Customer must sign for goods. If the shipment is damaged the customer & driver must acknowledge this on the con note. Customer is responsible for the breakdown and QTY of items on pallet. Pallets only delivered to large ground floor loading areas. This service is not covered by SMAI. It is a additional cost to be paid by the customer. PRODUCT WARRANTY Warranty All equipment sold by SMAI is covered by a manufactures warranty. This warranty is provided against defects in material and faulty workmanship that is deemed flawed by the manufacturer. The warranty is effective from the date of purchase on the invoice by the original purchaser. SMAI Warranty does not cover claims for damage due to normal wear and tear, improper use or neglect. Warranty is void if the product in question is subject to alterations, faulty installation, abuse or damage as a result of; • Failure to provide the recommended quantity of equipment to avoid the product being over used (over shared commercially). • Using equipment that is not rated for that use • Failure to maintain gear With time and normal wear and tear, products will lose effectiveness and will require replacement. Claims Claims for missing or incorrectly supplied goods must be lodged with us within 14 days of receipt of goods. The invoice number and product code must also be supplied. Manufactures Flaw If SMAI accepts to refund a product due to a manufactures flaw, the original freight price will not be refunded. SMAI will only be liable for return cartage only. Products with a manufactures flaw can not be replaced, only a refund of the original value can be applied to the customers card file. If SMAI deems that the damages fall under wear and tear the customer will have to pay for the postage to get the goods back. SMAI professional gym equipment ‘Comfit’ equipment is sold at factory prices. The customer is responsible for the assembly of the equipment. Any manufacturing fault has to be reported to SMAI within 14 days. After 14 days all claims will be void. Please make sure you check your shipment for any damages that might be caused in transit. Customer is responsible for assembly / servicing and up keep of the machine. Frame warranty only applies to current stock line products. Customer is responsible for the correct assembly of the equipment by a professional. Suples Warranty There is a two year warranty for genuine leather throwing dummies and Bulgarian training bags, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty is NOT VALID if products have been mishandled, improperly stored, or used for purposes that the product is not intended for (e.g. WWE Style Throws). Warranty is also void if the leather has not been properly cared for. Any defects related to materials and manufacturing are covered by the warranty. The warranty does not cover cosmetic items (i.e. scratches, scuff marks, denting, or compression from incorrect storage, fading, discoloring or weathering, normal wear and tear or damage due to neglect or vandalism. CrossFit Wall Balls Not suited for rough walls. When using the wall balls the surface of the wall needs to be smooth. Rough edges and exposed corners will cause the vinyl to wear out and eventually split. The life time of this product is determined on the environment it is put in. SMAI KiMax Punch Master The Kimax Punch Master should remain stationary at all times especially whilst punching - the bag is not designed to be tilted or bent as the core is plastic. The SMAI KiMax Punch Master does not have a flexible centre. The top can not be removed and used as a ground and pound bag. If the bag is tilted on the side for training or rolled away for storage the base will break. Moving of the punch master when filled with either sand or water is a two man operation. Please take care when lifting/relocating punch master. B237N-kimax is predominantly used and recommended as a light weight hitting target.This product is designed for light weight sparring with the use of protective hand gear. No jewellery, weaponry or any shap object should be used on the product as it may cause severe wear and possible serration to the top. Misuse of the product will not be covered by warranty. The previous guidelines stipulated by SMAI should be understood and followed precisely as the product is only covered by a 1 month manufacturer’s flaw warranty.This means any common flaw found in the product that has been acknowledged by the manufacturer will be under warranty. Storage / Warranty - Shops + Individual on sellers Warranty still stands at 14 days from the date of purchase. If SMAI goods are to be stored in warehouses etc the goods must be checked prior to storing. It is recommended that you go over the order before storing. You must ensure that goods are stored in a cool, dry and fully covered storage. Mold caused by excess heat and sweating of the product due to bad storage or climate is not covered by warranty. Extreme weather conditions will affect the products quality. Our marine insurance only covers the claims that are made within 14days from the date on invoice. Any claim after this period will be deemed as void. Please double check; - Quantity / products / style/sizes is correct

Clothing returns policy: if your order is as stated in the point above or you are unsatisfied with your product please return it to us for an exchange or credit (excluding postage) within 14 days of the date of order Please ensure that all tags are on the product and that the product is in the original packaging and that the product has not been worn and is in the exactly the same condition that you received it in. No damaged or worn products will be accepted for refund or exchange. Custom orders: we will not exchange any custom orders unless there is a manufacturing fault. SMAI has the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time. Clearance Items Items indicated as ‘clearance’ on www.smai.com.au are so for any of the below reasons; - Excess stock

- Slow moving products that will not be coming back into stock

- All items on clearance are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Product Replacement Products are warranted for defects in materials and workmanship for 14 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. Sports Master will replace such products and, other than this, will have no obligation. With the foregoing exception, Sports Master makes no express warranties. After 14 days SMAI will not accept the claim. What can you return? New merchandise which prior to any use, you believe has a manufacturers flaw, may be returned for exchange/refund within 14 days of purchase. There is no warranty for product misuse. Goods will not be accepted without an RAN number. To receive a RAN please file claim with SMAI staff member to receive a RAN number. What you cannot return? Merchandise unsuitable for resale includes: Merchandise that has been worn Merchandise that has been washed. Merchandise that has been altered or soiled, Discontinued merchandise Sparring equipment that is packed too tightly which changes the shape of the product, Custom made products, Merchandise with insufficient packaging, Unwanted goods/excess stock, or any terms indicated by SMAI as clearance stock. Returns Procedure Call Sports Master Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization number (RAN). This ‘Returns Number’ is only valid for 14 days. Carefully pack the merchandise and return in a sturdy box. Make sure the merchandise is in the original packaging, is loosely packed to avoid wrinkling. All returns must have a copy of the invoice that the item was purchased on. Mark your RAN # clearly on the shipping label. After 14 days SMAI will not accept the claim. Send the goods to our mailing address below using Australia Post. If upon receipt of goods, the merchandise falls into the category of "what you can return" listed above, we will credit you the shipping costs. The shipping cost will be calculated on a standard Australia postal cost. Any items returned in excessively large packaging will not be refunded the total amount. Goods are returned at the customer’s responsibility if extra service’s such as registered or express post are paid by the customer - these extra services will not be refunded by SMAI. Once proof of purchase has been provided and the products is still with the stated warranty period SMAI will attempt repair (or) replacement (or) issue a store credit. Shipping is not covered by SMAI, If return items are classified as a manufacturing fault - SMAI will only refund a standard postal cost. The customer takes full liability for the insurance of the unwanted goods in transit. If goods are damaged through transit – SMAI will not refund any goods that have been damaged in transit or are not suitable for re-sale. A standard re-stocking fee of $150 will apply to any unwanted items. If the returned goods do not meet SMAI ‘return specifications’. SMAI reserve the right to reject the returned goods. If rejected, the unwanted goods will be sent back to the customer at their own expense. CUSTOM MADE EQUIPMENT Custom equipment Custom made equipment and apparel is covered by a manufactures warranty. All custom made equipment is non-returnable and non refundable. Payment requirements for selected custom goods are 50% prior to production and 50% once goods arrive at SMAI Warehouse. Goods can be picked up from SMAI or freighted to you by our nominated freight company Star Track Express. This freight service is an additional charge that will be calculated once the order has been received and is ready for dispatch. Production time Depending on the type of product on order the production time will vary. At the time of order SMAI will be able to advice on an approximate ETA. Air freight Air freight is a faster more expensive service. Air freight is limited to certain orders. This can only be quoted on an individual bases only. Sea Freight Sea freight is a longer service – used for large deliveries that can not be air freighted. Further Requirements Vector Artwork is required for any customer item. It is the responsibility of the customer to archive their artwork. SMAI will not keep the original artwork. Customer is responsible for checking their artwork prior to submission to SMAI. SMAI will not be responsible for any mistakes in the artwork. 1. Artwork must be a vector based graphic. • (ai.) Adobe Illustrator • (EPS.) – Vector based only. The vector based (EPS) file and can be opened and easily edited for type, color, etc. in Adobe Illustrator or PC vector based programs like Corel Draw. They can be CMYK color, or flat pantone color based. These files could be "placed' or "imported" into PageMaker (or Word, Quark, etc.), but not opened by it. They can be almost infinitely scaled in size without degrading the output because they are vector based. 2. Artwork must be laid out accordingly. SMAI does not take any responsibility for any mistake in the artwork, SMAI GUIDELINES General Guidelines Physical training involves serious risks of injury, disability, and/or death. The proper use of SMAI equipment helps reduce such risks but does not eliminate or guarantee protection against them. Use only under the supervision of a skilled instructor/trainer who responsibly monitors techniques and intensity of training and assures that students are properly trained and physically conditioned. Minors using these products should have constant, qualified, adult supervision. Do not use old, modified, damaged, or improperly fitted equipment. The condition and effectiveness of the gear may diminish with time and use. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. Know your limitations. Protective Equipment Guidelines Protective products are for non-contact use or light-contact use only, unless otherwise stated on the product. Light contact use is defined as force not causing pain, injury, penetration, or visible movement of the opponent. Sparring Gear and Training Guidelines SMAI sparring gear and accessories are intended only to reduce the risk and severity of accidental injury to protected areas during supervised, non-contact sparring or light-contact sparring. Light contact/force is defined as force not to cause pain, injury, penetration, or visible movement of the opponent. All sparring participants should wear full sets of equipment. Recommended minimum head guard, hand guard/mitt, foot guard, chest guard, shin guards, mouth guard and groin guard. Sparring gear is intended for use during the practice of the sport for which it is designed (e.g. martial arts sparring gear used for martial arts and boxing sparring gear used for boxing), not for other purposes, or more intense uses (e.g. moderate to full contact sparring, bag work, weapons training, other sports including soccer, or for medical purposes). Fitness Product Guidelines SMA gloves are for impact protection are intended only for light contact on soft training targets such as padded shields, hanging bags, speed bags, etc. light contact is defined as impact not intended to cause pain or injury. Padded training mats provide a margin of protection and shock absorption but are not sufficient padding for many training purposes. Martial Arts Weapons Guidelines SMAI martial arts weapons are for training only under expert supervision, for demonstration of forms, for collection, or display. Weapons training requires: appropriate safety gear, including head, face, eye, and mouth protection and other guards suitable for the particular weapon and techniques being practiced and a safe training environment set up to avoid injury to people and objects. To decrease chances of injury, users of weapons should: respect the weapons), inspect them before each use to ensure they are in proper condition, and not use them for sparring or contact. SMAI is not responsible for improper or illegal use or modification of its weapons. Some weapons may be illegal in user’s area; the user must research and follow state and local laws. SMA is not responsible for improper or illegal use or modification of its weapons. Weapons will not be sold to anyone under 18 years of age. PROHIBITED WEAPONS When selling prohibited weapons across Australia, SMAI must comply with State & Federal Laws. The valid price is presented on the Performa invoice and valid for 7 days only Freight is always an additional charge to be paid by the customer. Freight is also subject to change from the shipping lines and can only be quoted when the goods are ready for shipping to ensure accuracy. Minimum Orders All purchases must exceed $10 000USD FOB (stock value only) in order to meet our minimum order quantity without any surcharge or penalty being applied. The minimum amount must be met per port of loading if your order is less than the specified amount per port of loading the following surcharge will be applied automatically to your invoice: - Any order that is less then USD $2000.00 will incur a fee of USD $500.00

Orders dispatched from Australia there will be an automatic surcharge of AUD $300.00 plus an additional AUD $190.00 for local charges. Prices ex Australia is Ex Works - Orders that are shipped ex-Australia require payment in Australian dollars into SMAI’s AUD account. Payment Required Prior to Dispatch SMAI has a requirement of 50% deposit to process an order (proceed to production). The remaining payment must be paid in full prior to the shipping of the goods and booking space with the shipping line. The client will be provided with a copy of the invoice, packaging list, CO and BL via email and it is then the Clients responsibility to pay the remaining amount in full within 7 days of notice. Failure to pay the amount in full within the time period will result in the goods being returned to the port of origin and loss of any deposit paid. Payment must be made in the form of an international Telegraphic transfer to our account and email (scanned) copy must be forwarded to our sales team as reference to the payment that has been made as it can take up to 7 days for the money to be shown in our account. Credit card payment internationally is not accepted. L/C will require a 7% surcharge Air freight orders must be paid 100% in advance as there is not adequate time to release original documents in Air freight situations. Any demurrage or wharf storage charges incurred as a result of late payment and delay in the supply of original documents as a result of this will not be covered by SMAI. It is the clients responsibility to pay immediately upon notice to ensure that the documents are received prior to the arrival date. Quotes Quotes are valid for 7 days. Freight can only be quoted when the shipment has been packaged and the goods are ready to be dispatched. Processing time All orders will be shipped within 25-30 days from Confirmation given that there are no special circumstances within the production time (national holidays, Chinese new year etc). Processing time can be confirmed when the initial order confirmation has been made. SHIPPING SHIPPING Freight Our nominated provider is MOSK shipping lines and all orders without a nominated shipping agent will be moved with our shipping line. If you have your own nominated agent please specify this when you confirm your order. Freight quotes: this can only be calculated when the goods have been packaged and the CBM and dead weight is calculated. Any measurement or weight prior to packaging will be an estimate only. Price Change At SMAI we try our best to assist our customers in offering the most affordable freight service. Because this is a service that we outsource we have no control over rate changes – however we endeavor to do our very best to continue to offer competitive rates. PRODUCT WARRANTY Warranty All equipment sold by SMAI is covered by a manufactures warranty. This warranty is provided against defects in material and faulty workmanship that is deemed flawed by the manufacturer. SMAI Warranty does not cover claims for damage due to normal wear and tear, improper use or neglect. Warranty is void if the product in question is subject to alterations, faulty installation, abuse or damage as a result of; - Failure to provide the recommended quality of equipment to avoid the product being over used (over shared commercially).

With time and normal wear and tear, products will lose effectiveness and will require replacement. Claims Claims for missing or incorrectly supplied goods must be lodged with us within 7 days of receipt of goods. The invoice number and product code must also be supplied along with evidence in a clear format. Claims after the 7 day period will not be processed. Storage / Warranty - If SMAI goods are to be stored in warehouses etc the goods must be checked prior to storing. It is recommended that you go over the order before storing. You must ensure that goods are stored in a cool, dry and fully covered storage area. Mould caused by excess heat and sweating of the product due to bad storage or climate is not covered by warranty. Extreme weather conditions will affect the products quality and life. Our marine insurance only covers the claims that are made within 14days from the date on invoice. Any claim after this period will be deemed as void. Please double check; - Quantity / products / style/sizes is correct

CUSTOM MADE EQUIPMENT Custom equipment Custom made equipment and apparel is covered by a manufactures warranty. All custom made equipment is non-returnable and non refundable. Payment requirements for selected custom goods are 50% prior to production and 50% once goods are ready and before dispatch. This freight service is an additional charge that will be calculated once the order has been produced and is ready for dispatch. Production time Depending on the type of product on order the production time will vary usual production time is 30 days from receipt of your confirmation payment. Air freight Air freight is a faster more expensive service. Air freight is limited to certain orders. This can only be quoted on an individual bases only and must be prepaid in full prior to dispatch because of the speed of the surface. Sea Freight Sea freight is a longer service – used for large deliveries that can not be air freighted. Further Requirements Vector Artwork is required for any customer item. It is the responsibility of the customer to archive their artwork. SMAI will not keep the original artwork. Customer is responsible for checking their artwork prior to submission to SMAI. SMAI will not be responsible for any mistakes in the artwork. 1. Artwork must be a vector based graphic. - (ai.) Adobe Illustrator
- (EPS.) – Vector based only. The vector based (EPS) file and can be opened and easily edited for type, color, etc. in Adobe Illustrator or PC vector based programs like Corel Draw. They can be CMYK color, or flat pantone color based. These files could be "placed' or "imported" into PageMaker (or Word, Quark, etc.), but not opened by it. They can be almost infinitely scaled in size without degrading the output because they are vector based.
2. Artwork must be laid out accordingly. SMAI does not take any responsibility for any mistake in the artwork. SMAI is not a graphic design company so an individual or company wanting design work should engage the services of a graphic designer before contacting SMAI. SMAI GUIDELINES General Guidelines: Physical training involves serious risks of injury, disability, and/or death. The proper use of SMAI equipment helps reduce such risks but does not eliminate or guarantee protection against them. Use only under the supervision of a skilled instructor/trainer who responsibly monitors techniques and intensity of training and assures that students are properly trained and physically conditioned. Minors using these products should have constant, qualified, adult supervision. Do not use old, modified, damaged, or improperly fitted equipment. The condition and effectiveness of the gear may diminish with time and use. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. Know your limitations. Protective Equipment Guidelines Protective products are for non-contact use or light-contact use only, unless otherwise stated on the product. Light contact use is defined as force not causing pain, injury, penetration, or visible movement of the opponent. Sparring Gear and Training Guidelines SMAI sparring gear and accessories are intended only to reduce the risk and severity of accidental injury to protected areas during supervised, non-contact sparring or light-contact sparring. Light contact/force is defined as force not to cause pain, injury, penetration, or visible movement of the opponent. All sparring participants should wear full sets of equipment. Recommended minimum head guard, hand guard/mitt, foot guard, chest guard, shin guards, mouth guard and groin guard. Sparring gear is intended for use during the practice of the sport for which it is designed (e.g. martial arts sparring gear used for martial arts and boxing sparring gear used for boxing), not for other purposes, or more intense uses (e.g. moderate to full contact sparring, bag work, weapons training, other sports including soccer, or for medical purposes). SMAI has taken precautions such as CE testing to ensure that SMAI protectors are made to the highest international standards and free from any toxic or harmful substances. Fitness Product Guidelines SMA gloves are for impact protection are intended only for light contact on soft training targets such as padded shields, hanging bags, speed bags, etc. light contact is defined as impact not intended to cause pain or injury. Padded training mats provide a margin of protection and shock absorption but are not sufficient padding for many training purposes. Martial Arts Weapons Guidelines SMAI martial arts weapons are for training only under expert supervision, for demonstration of forms, for collection, or display. AGENCY REQUIREMENTS Agency requirements To gain SMAI agency in your region or nation if we do not have a representative present has the following requirements: - All purchase orders must meet the Minimum order quantity as stated. Those who cannot meet the MOQ of over $10000 per order per port will not be eligible for agency and only qualify as a distributor of SMAI products.
- It is a requirement of an agent to have sufficient systems established to store and wholesale the products and conduct sufficient marketing of the brand to meet the markets demand.
- It is the responsibility of the agent to stock a diverse range of products to meet the markets demand.
- If a major event is held within the agency region it is the responsibility of the agent within that region to secure and hold a trade stand during the event to promote and commercialize the products.
- Provide information and news back to SMAI headquarters along with photographic evidence of use and distribution of the products within the region.
- All products must be purchased from SMAI
- Agents must not promote a competing product or brand name.
- Minimum of 2 purchases per year over the MOQ amount per port of loading.
- If you receive over 10 enquiries for a specific product line it is the agents responsibility to add this line to the product range.

Sponsorship of your national team/federation: SMAI will assist agents with the sponsorship of the national team in order to create brand awareness at an Elite level internationally. In order to take advantage of this program SMAI requires: - Letter from the federation about the sponsorship team and the period of sponsorship stated on the federation letter head along with an agreement that the sponsored team must wear the SMAI products in national and international WKF Sanctioned events.

- Update of the national sponsored teams achievements must be sent on a monthly basis along with names and places achieved and photos of events from the national federation photographer.
Once these requirements have been met we will reimburse the agent for the cost of the uniform and protectors supplied to the national team for sponsorship depending on the initial agreement between SMAI and the Agent.
