At SMAI, we are passionate about connecting with our community and we love to see our customers sharing their experience with SMAI. When you collaborate with SMAI online, it gives us the opportunity to share your experience with our community and help inspire others to master their sport. It also give you an opportunity to connect with a vast network of like minded people! 

HOW DO I COLLABORATE WITH SMAI?

If you enjoy creating high-quality content using SMAI equipment, we want to collaborate with you!

Simply upload your reel or image to Instagram and select the collaboration tool. Search @smai_sports in the search bar to collaborate and then hit post.

After submitting your content, our social media team will review your request, and if it aligns with our content, we will gladly accept your invitation. Upon acceptance, your content will be featured on our feed, and we will provide you with a personal, one time discount as a token of our appreciation.

We welcome all collaboration requests from our community members and you are free to submit collaboration requests as often as you like. If your collaboration request in not accepted, do not worry. We’d love to see what you come up with next, and make sure you have read our tips for collaboration below, for the best chance of being accepted. 

HELPFUL TIPS FOR CREATING CONTENT
  • Be yourself - we want to see YOU master your sport with SMAI
  • Avoid using offensive music 
  • Keep your editing simple - avoid filters and effects
  • Make sure your camera or phone lens is clean 
  • Always film vertically
  • Don't feature brands other than SMAI in your photos or videos.
Terms & Conditions
  • Only collaboration requests accepted from AUS and the USA are eligible to receive a discount code.
  • Discount codes will be issued on either www.smai.com or www.smai.com.au and are not transferable.
  • Discount codes will be distributed exclusively through direct messages from the Instagram account "smai_sports."
  • Discount codes cannot be stacked at checkout.
  • The discount is applicable only to purchases that surpass $100 at checkout.
  • SMAI reserves the right to remove collaboration posts at any time
