Are discounts off wholesale pricing or RRP?

Discount will be in additional to our wholesale pricing for eligible products - additional discounts will be automatically added at checkout. Please note, the discounts are exclusive available exclusively to Trade Pass Members.
What do you mean by "30 Day Price Lock" quote?
During the sale period, which is March 31st - April 6th, you can request a quote on an order which includes sale pricing. You can then keep the sale pricing on that quote for up to 30 days after the sale has concluded.
What happens if a product in my quote goes out of stock before i make my purchase?
Due to high demand during this sale period, we cannot honour sale pricing on out of stock or back order items.
What if I want to make changes to my quote within the 30 days after the sale period concludes?
As long as you have received a quote from us, you can make changes to the order while still maintaining sales pricing. The quote will remain valid for 30 days from the first quote.
Can I stack additional discount codes to the Trade Pass Week sale pricing?
No, only the Trade Pass Week pricing will be applied.
Can I use financing options to complete my order with Trade Pass Week sale pricing?

How do I become a Trade Pass Member to access the sale?

Are returns accepted for items purchased during Trade Pass Week?
Yes, items purchased during the sale period can be returned according to out standard returns policy. Please review the policy details thoroughly or contact our team for more information.
Will I earn Master Coins on purchases made during the sale?
Yes, for online purchases only. In store, quotes or offline sales are not eligible for Master Coins. Please refer to the Master Coin terms and conditions for further information.
