Is Zip suitable for everyday purchases?
Zip Pay and Zip Money are perfect for everyday expenses and offer the
ability to transact just about everywhere, so you can manage all your expenses in one place and repay on a schedule that suits you. To shop in-store, Zip Pay users can tap to pay at checkout.^
To get started with tap to pay, simply navigate to the Zip app and click on the pay tab in the bottom menu. From there, you can follow the prompts to set up your card and add it to your Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet.
To shop online, use the Zip mobile app and generate a single-use card at the checkout anywhere Visa is accepted.

What are the fees?
With Zip Pay a $7.95 monthly account fee applies, we will waive the fee if you pay your statement closing balance in full, by the due date.
With Zip Money, a $7.95 monthly account fee applies which is waived if you have nothing owing.
With Zip Business Trade a $20 monthly account keeping fee applies, which is waived if you pay each month's closing balance by the end of the following month. There's a 1.95% invoice and BPAY®* processing fee if you choose to pay using these methods.
There's a late fee of $25 calculated monthly if you don't pay the minimum amount by the due date. We may charge you a bank dishonour fee to cover costs involved if a payment is rejected due to insufficient funds or incorrect details.
With Zip Business Trade Plus there are no extension fees if you repay any transaction by the end of the following month. Or automatically move to a repayment plan of 4 equal monthly repayments with a one-off extension fee of 4%. There's a 1.95% invoice and BPAY®* processing fee if you choose to pay using these methods.

More than $5,000 in monthly sales
How do refunds work?
If you return goods to a retailer and they agree to a refund, your Zip
account will be credited with the agreed refund amount. The funds will then be put towards your owing balance or depending on the refund amount your account may be placed in credit. Subject to the retailer refund policy.
Is Zip a buy now, pay later like Afterpay, Klarna, Humm, and
Latitude?
Yes! Zip allows you to shop just about everywhere, online and in-store. We
give you the flexibility to set your repayment schedule to suit your lifestyle
- choose weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. You can also pay your bills, buy gift
cards and earn rewards when you use the Zip app.
