BLACK DIAMOND BOXING & FITNESS

Having recently moved into a new facility, Black Diamond Boxing & Fitness have put together one of the freshest boxing gym fit outs that we’ve seen in a while. Utilising their soaring warehouse space, which has floor-to-ceiling roller doors along the side, Black Diamond Boxing & Fitness have created a bright and tidy training space full of natural light and air. Also, to top it all off, they’ve added a custom-built sauna for their members.

REFLEX MARTIAL ARTS CENTRE

Reflex Martial Arts Centre has been offering fitness and martial arts to the Illawarra region for 25 years. Their focus is on learning and teaching through fitness and martial arts training. Teaching the training styles of Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Boxing & Philippine Stick Fighting, Reflex Martial Arts Centre needs a supplier who can offer an extensive range of Martial Arts supplies.

ADAPT MARTIAL ARTS AND BOXING ACADEMY

For over 8 years, Adapt Martial Arts and Boxing Academy have been providing martial arts training to the local community using SMAI training gear. A gym that is family focused and connected to the local community, Adapt aims to provide physical training and continual learning in a fun and friendly atmosphere. We dropped in to Adapt to check out the recent SMAI gear additions, plus check in on an infamous grappling dummy that it is still surviving after years and years of use (and abuse?).

AIR LOCKER TRAINING

Air Locker Training are at the leading edge of simulated altitude training, and SMAI are proud to be the exclusive equipment suppliers of Air Locker Training franchises. Air locker required an equipment partner who could provide the reliability, quality and range to keep up with the intense altitude simulation training programs run by the franchises. Equipment would experience constant change in simulated altitude so needed to be tough and reliable to be up to the challenge.

WAREHOUSE GYM AND FITNESS

When Warehouse Gym & Fitness contacted smai to ask about our fit-out service, it was clear they were planning something special. We were excited by the scale and scope of the proposed space, an empty raw warehouse that was to undergo a total transformation. The smai team worked collaboratively with the team at warehouse gym & fitness to design and advise on their total gym fit-out needs.

The St George Illawarra Dragons are a National Rugby League (NRL). SMAI is the Official Strength and Conditioning Partner of the St George Illawarra Dragons. SMASHFIT COMBAT AND CONDITIONING

We worked with Smashfit from an early concept stage, we provided renders of their space and helped them all the way through to installation. SmashFit run a range of functional training classes as well as Martial Arts classes. They needed a space that could serve both purposes.

The Wests Tigers are a National Rugby League (NRL) club based in Sydney's Western Suburbs. SMAI is the official strength and conditioning partner of the Wests Tigers. Elite competition with elite athletes requires elite equipment. Warrior World Gym is an elite facility based in Newcastle, NSW. Divided into two sections , the first area offers a combination of conventional and unconventional, functional performance, strength & conditioning training equipment.

Bujutsu Martial Arts & Fitness Centre

With PITT, we started with an initial consultation and 3D render for the dream they had in mind. From there, we worked off different layouts and product mixes.

CANADA KARATE CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE

Karate has been accepted into the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo. Considering this, the goal was to create a high performance centre in Canada dedicated to the sport of Karate, and provide athletes in Canada with a one-stop training facility leading up to the Olympics.

Based in AAMI Park Stadium \(also home to the A-League favourites, Melbourne Victory\) the team have established themselves in the very heart of the sporting precinct of Melbourne, Melbourne Olympic Park.
