2025 Black Friday Promotion Terms and Conditions. 

The SMAI 2025 Black Friday sale is eligible from 5pm Thursday, October 2025 to 11:59pm, Monday 1st November. 

- SMAI reserves the right to end or modify the promotion at any time. 
- Promotions and discounts are on eligible products only. 
- Eligible products have their discount amounts specified on their product page.
- Excludes gift cards
- Discounts are applied at checkout. To see your final price, add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout, where the discount will be displayed 
- Promotion is valid for in-stock products only, or where authorised by SMAI, a pre-order may be authorised for a discount. 
- Stock may not be held without full payment. 
- Discounts may not be stacked or combined. This includes loyalty points credits, may not be applied to promotion items
- Some products are not eligible for sale. No discount will be applied

2025 Black Friday Price Beat

During the SMAI Black Friday Promotion, if you find a better price on a comparable product, we will beat it. 

The terms and conditions of this offer are different from our usual Price Beat Guarentee. During the Black Friday promotion, the following terms and conditions apply to the Black Friday Price Beat. 

If you find a product cheaper elsewhere, SMAI will beat a competitor's price on a comparable product. If we agree on the comparison, SMAI will make an offer that beats the competitor's offer. 

SMAI will assess the competitor's offer to ensure it meets the conditions, including being a comparable product. SMAI's decision is final. 

How to request a price beat

1. Find a competitor’s advertised or quoted price then Email the details of the offer to: sales@smai.com.au

2. We will verify the price is current and the product is eligible, and comparable in quality. 

3. SMAI will either make you a price beat offer, if the comparison is eligible. 

What proof do I need? 
Link to the competitor’s current advertised price on a website OR a current and valid quote. 
The link or quote must clearly state the product and description. 

What is excluded

• Products that are not in stock at SMAI or at our competitor
• Products that are on preorder at SMAI or at our competitor
• Pricing which includes delivery or installation
• Cashback offers
• Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstrations or display products
• Products sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auctions, drop-shipping websites or
  classifieds websites
• Products sold by companies or websites without a physical Australian based location, or
• Online stores without phone or mail contact details
• Products that are not comparably similar e.g. different size, quality, materials
• Products from international sellers
• products where SMAI can not reasonably determain that the product is comparable - In quality, design, size, weight or material types. Either due to a lack of or insufficient specification information. 

General Promotions, Sales, Offers, Discount Codes & Welcome Offers

All promotional codes / discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including the MasterCoin Rewards discount coupons. Promotional codes are only applicable to the cost of the product and not applicable on shipping costs unless explicitly specified. SMAI reserves the right to verify the validity of any order and may at its sole discretion cancel orders or refuse to fulfil orders where the promotional offer has been claimed by a non-qualifying customer or member. Your purchase and delivery are subject to SMAI's usual Terms & Conditions. Additional conditions of use may apply and will be communicated by SMAI. Promotional codes are only available for online purchases. No rain checks on offers.

SMAI reserves the right to modify the eligible product range at any time. 

Why are some items excluded from welcome offers and additional sale offers or promotions? 

SMAI aims to provide the best value and highest quality products. Some products are priced to be the very best value in market of an equivalent quality, and as such we are unable to offer additional discounts on those items. We understand our customers need the best value every day,  in martial arts belts, uniforms and elastic protectors and we aim to deliver that value every day without needing additional coupon codes. 

In any case, If you believe there is a better price available for any item we stock, we offer a price beat guarantee. If the product meets our price beat policy guidelines, we will gladly beat the price and we welcome you to contact our team on sales@smai.com.au to request a price beat. 

Promotions and MasterCoin Rewards

Promotional offers and MasterCoin Rewards coupon codes are not compatible and can not be used in conjunction. MasterCoin Rewards coupons may only be used on a checkout that does not include another coupon code sale item.
