Solid cast-mould plastic.
Good fit in medium sized hand.
Turning with wrist the "blade" edge of sword in the style of broadsword movement is easy.
That same edge makes a slight "swoop" sound when going fast, cutting through air, to aid the user to know how to make the correct, balanced, safest for wrist, direction.
(That being the leading, leaning forward edge, the front edge with the wavy gloss finish).
The plastic itself is embossed with grip on the handle and neat shapes on the blade body.
I bought 2 of these swords, as notches on blade indicate that training, as a pair, with a partner in light combat mode could be another form of practise.
This Kukri sword is of the smaller-length scale end of broadsword, with length of 62 cm in entirety.
The plastic form is unlikely to develop any warp and bending as far as I can tell, but of course you would keep the sword away from hot surfaces or strong radiant heat.
